Why create an immunity product in powder form?

Yes, it is true most immunity products are usually in capsule or tablet form. However, at CHRG, we are dedicated to doing what is better for the planet. Making a capsule or tablet requires energy to run equipment we don’t think is necessary. We also believe you are dedicated to sustainability & though seemingly less convenient, our powder offerings perform faster & digest better than capsules or tablets. 

Real talk, 40-50% of people in the US can’t, or have difficulty, swallowing capsules or tablets. Our powders offer full potency of the nutrients. Capsules and tablets have to compromise on efficacious nutrients to have enough room to fit into their delivery shell.  Kind of rip, when you think about it.

I’d like to take product with me when I travel, but don’t want to carry around the big bag – do you have any recommendations?

Yes, we offer a smaller sized bag with 5 servings that you can purchase HERE. As a creative solution, we recommend using a “dry” thermos for your powder & add the servings you’ll need for your time away. Throw your teaspoon on top and you’re good to go.

What allergens are in your product?

CHRG Immunity Amp contains coconut oil.  This is the only allergen found in this product.

I have underlying medical conditions, is it safe to take your product?

This question is best suited for your personal care physician. They should know you better than anybody. Many customers have told us they simply take a screen shot of our Supplement Facts found HERE & send to their doctor.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We ship your order for FREE within the United States, excluding Alaska & Hawaii. Those states will have an extra cost calculated at checkout.

Are your bags actually compostable?

Yes. They are 100% compostable & we’re 3rd party certified through Elevate Packaging.

Why is there no scoop in my pouch?

In an effort to reduce our footprint, CHRG never added a single-use plastic scoop to your package. Please use a tablespoon (TBSP) to scoop the powder for use.

What sizes do you offer?

We have a 30 Day size at 10.6 ounces & a 5 Day size at 1.76 ounces available for purchase.

Are Cordyceps Sinensis a safe mushroom to consume?

Absolutely. In fact, in traditional Chinese & Tibetan medicine, Cordyceps are highly valued as a natural vitality elixir to help combat illness & are even thought to increase longevity of life. Cordyceps were originally discovered by Tibetan herdsman working at high altitudes who took them to cope with high exertion in a low oxygen environment. It gained popularity in the West for its effects on athletic performance beginning in 1993, when world record-breaking performances of Chinese female athletes were attributed to a nutritional schedule that involved Cordyceps supplementation.

Does your Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) cause the sour stomach effect I usually get from Vitamin C?

No, we use a sea salt buffered Vitamin C. It smoothes the strong acid out, so your stomach never complains that it took the full daily value recommendation for Vitamin C.

Your label says Astragin® contains a form of Ginseng?  Can’t I just take regular Ginseng & get the same benefit?

No. This is a highly specialized & unique form of Ginseng. It’s produced to help increase absorption in the small intestine by increasing carriers that move across your Epithelium.

Your mix-in powder seems to have higher levels of recovery product ingredients than actual recovery products. Is this right? 

Yes, these intentionally selected nutrients, along with amplifying immunity, work on the same mechanisms the body uses to recovery from physical or emotional stress. The amounts of each ingredient in our product is the researched level that provide real benefits. Be aware of lower amounts in other products that simply don’t measure up to the quality & quantity found in CHRG Immunity Amp.

Is your Immunity Amp safe for all ages?

Yes. Anyone can take our products at the recommended dosage. Our recommendation is to always hit up your doctor before making dietary changes.

How long until I receive my order?

Receiving your product depends on which shipping you select. Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air are an extra charge & will be reflected at check out. All other packages are shipped Ground & will go out within 2-3 business days.

Keep in mind Ground shipping within the US depends on where you live – some areas of the country can take up to 6 business days. Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air require more valuable resources to deliver to you. We, like you, are passionate about doing better for the planet, so select Ground shipping when possible.
